Leighton Meester who is "Blair Waldorf" in Gossipgirl and Blake Lively who is "Serena Wanderwoodsen" in Gossipgirl, they both had nosejobs to make their overall face appearance more feminin and pretty. Their new noses suits their facial symmetry much better.
Do you really think they would have gotten the gossipgirl pretty roles, if they didn't have the apperance as they have on the "after" picture? I don't think so.
They made a great career move when they chose that brilliant surgeon, now we know their names (whoever he is, I'd like to know his name), I didn't even know their names before Gossipgirl.
